I was in Dubbo last month and went to the Westside Hotel our lunch was great very nice hotel, our kids also loved it. Will recomend to go to their bistro.

I love saltbush lamb, Had some on a trip into central aus in 2001 and in 2011 i
took my nephew on a mens camping and drinking trip to broken hill and back,
but my real intention was to get more saltbush lamb, vacuum seal it and bring it home to campbelltown nsw. Is there a butcher in sydney that sells this produce?
PS or somewhere close for another camping trip story.

The cabins are not clean enough…curtains falling apart…super dirty lounges…
stains…on carpet….grilled dirty from previus patrons…noisy at night… not a 5 start resort…not worth recomendation…save your money poeple!

I am searching for a property ‘Chain of Ponds’ – in 1847 it was described as being one of 6 stations within the Timnee or Gorothory Run. It was said to be within the Obelee Mountains – embracing a circle about 4 miles taking Chain of Ponds as the centre.

Other stations were Paling Yards, Cundy, Caddumbles, Carrogh Creek.

Spelling is notoriously irregular in these old descriptions so a phonetic interpretation is recommended.

If anyone has any tips on where the property may be or have been – or tips on where to find a map of the area at the time – I would be most grateful as ‘Chain of Ponds’ is where my great-great-grandmother was born in 1847.

kidzoo is big and a great place for somebody like me to run around in but the rooms in the equitment werent that pretty they were filthy and i didnt like the fact that there was a room that older kids werent alowed in but or well and that you cant bring other types of food there i give kidzoo a 98/100

well where do i begin kidzoo is a nice place its got a bit of slow service but who cares its a great place for kids to run around and enjoy there day my kids loved it when they went there me and my mates had a good chat and i think that kidzoo is a great place for children.

Hi Will be coming to the zoo in a couple weeks and just looking at the best way of getting around with Husband & 2 little kids. Thinking the golf cart is good option. Does this scare the animals away at all?

Dubbo has a variety of gums, warm climate deciduous trees in town and semi arid shrub like plants out of town especially in places like Beni Forest.

I forgot to add we waited over half an hour for a coffee and an iced coffee, the incidents occured so we left. I am really surprised that OH&S lets this place run, and where is the duty of care for all children using the facility
