Kidz Zoo – Dubbo, NSW

Kidzoo is one of those giant indoor places for Kids to play.

$7 for 1 to 3 years

$9 for 4 to 12 years,

Babies and Adults get in free.

It has received some negative criticism (see below) but it is included here for if you are desperate for something to do on a rainy day. Please make any comments polite, I have removed some of the more aggressive complaints.

Bunnings also has a great indoor Kid’s playground as does McDonalds.

A wonderful place for the grandchildren. Safe and great food. Have come to this site to find opening times to take them again. Unfortunately this is not available or not where I can see.

I really like the slides but the things you climb up to get there that have the rope give you rope burn but that is the only negative i give it a 4 out of 5

    My kids thoroughly enjoy Kidzoo!
A great boredom buster for the kids, and a place where family and friends can catch up over a coffee.

  8. Narelle says:

Kids enjoyed it. Slippery dip not slippery, the children got stuck half way and had to walk the rest. One of the rooms has very tattered things to play with for the younger children.

  9. wayne says:

When we went they had mats for the slippery dip.

how much does it cost to have a birthday party for teenagers at KidZoo???

I found Kidzoo to be far below the standards of other indoor play centres I have been to. It is expensive, the service was slow and the man serving me was very rude and impatient. The equipment, the tables and the floor were dirty and there is not really all that much for the kids to play with, or space for them to run around. In summer it was too hot and in winter it was too cold and there is nothing for adults to do but sit there – which is nice when there is more than one of you, but alone it’s boring. What about a TV or something. I do recommend the salad wrap though. Once one of the girls made me one and it was very full and tasty.
Kidzoo is a last resort for us, we would rather grab a sandwhich and head to the park.

I also found Kidzoo to be way below standards. The baby toys they have are absolute filth and i would not even let my dog play with them. The service is very slow. Better off taking your children to the park!

took my 2 yr old son there today and he was attacked several times by another child. to the point where he drew blood. when i then bought it to the staffs attention all i got was “they look like they are leaving now anyway” “would you like a bandaid”
then rang the manager when i got home. i got an apology yes. but for nothing to be done while i was there and nothing to be mentioned to the parent of the child is ridiculous. my partner then went down after he finished work and the least we would expect is a refund. still nothing. the manager said there was nothing he can do. and walked away. food was slow and staff were rude and also handled food without gloves. do not recommend going here.

I go here for my kids as they like it.
    However, I don’t like…[edited] .
Again I ask myself why I go there and take my kids there, but as I said, there isn’t anywhere else to go when there is poor weather.

I took my nephew here thinking it would be a valuable fun morning tea date, as we attend little rascals in Parkes on a regular basis. However, no parents seemed to be at all interested in what their child was doing, they were just happy having a social life, at which one of the rules is your child must be supervised at all times…..quite disgusted as a little boy in the 2-5 year old area was bullying numerous children. Then the 1-3 year old area (my nephew is 2) there were 5-8 year olds in there playing on the equipment, i am aware that it was a busy day however, your child needs to be supervised. I will never go back there with neither my nieces and nephews or my own children as it was appalling

  18. Jenna Pixton says:

I forgot to add we waited over half an hour for a coffee and an iced coffee, the incidents occured so we left. I am really surprised that OH&S lets this place run, and where is the duty of care for all children using the facility

  19. elly says:

well where do i begin kidzoo is a nice place its got a bit of slow service but who cares its a great place for kids to run around and enjoy there day my kids loved it when they went there me and my mates had a good chat and i think that kidzoo is a great place for children.

  20. jelly says:
