The best would have to be the Providors ... they trained me at one of their Barrista courses and I've never looked back. Growing my own, cook my own, and make my own now, but still think that Providors is a great cup of coffee. They also have some of the best wares I've seen in any store from coast to inland, a mighty fine fare, and who can leave the shop without their absolutely mouth watering dips... yum!
