Caravan Parks, Motels, Bed and Breakfasts – here are some accommodation options we recommend for friends and family when they come and visit us in Dubbo.

A cheap but clean and neat place to stay is the Formula One, $69, plenty of rooms available.

A real nice motel is the Abel Tasman, near the Zoo, $125 per Queen room.

A popular caravan park is the Big 4 Caravan Park – very good for families has a big jumping pillow and lovely bush surroundings, also near the Zoo. $145 per night for ensuite cabin.

We’ve had good reports about Dubbo Country Apartments.

The aim here is not to list every place to stay but to give you some options you know will be good.

    Hi
    I am coming to Dubbo for work for 6 months. As a mature lady I would like to be located in a nice safe area of the region. Can anyone please advise of a good area and good accomodation please.

    We are in Dubbo for couple day’s, Christmas Day at zoo. But we have a little 12 year old Jack Russell, where can we leave him for 3 to 4 hours. When at zoo.

    It’s changed it’s name to Ibis Budget Dubbo.

    Close to the Zoo.

    Another great accomodation spot is at Cadagi Farm on the outskirts of Dubbo. It’s an 85 acre farm offering private camping and caravan sites along the Talbragar River. Bookings are through Hipcamp (search Cadagi Farm Dubbo) and their website is http://www.cadagifarm.com.au

    They also cater for group bookings for sporting events etc so worth getting in touch for difference accommodation options.
